Scope of the Role As an Account Manager for the client, you will serve as both a relationship manager and business development partner for your assigned clients. You’ll manage accounts end-to-end, ensuring operational excellence while identifying growth opportunities that increase revenue and strengthen partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, lean-resource environment and is confident in managing multi-million-dollar accounts and driving growth initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of client accounts generating up to $6M in annual revenue, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and growth. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing onboarding, ongoing communication, and execution of deliverables. Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, marketing, investments) to deliver solutions aligned with client goals. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, offering strategic guidance when needed. Partner with leadership on business development efforts — sourcing new opportunities, pitching services, and expanding existing accounts. Track KPIs, prepare account performance reports, and present insights to clients and leadership. Work in an agile, hands-on way, balancing high-level strategy with execution. Why Join the Client? Requirements Years of Experience: 4–6+ years in account management, business development, or client success, ideally in consulting, finance, or growth-stage companies. Background: Proven experience managing accounts at the $5–10M revenue scale, with strong business development and relationship-building skills. Tools and Software: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello), and data analytics platforms. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
