Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our U.S. operations team. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role provides a unique opportunity for a results-driven individual to excel in a rapidly growing and dynamic market. The position focuses on supporting customer deliveries, ensuring quality assurance, and conducting operational testing of equipment, with significant autonomy and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between the program team and customer requirements, coordinating operational aspects of ongoing projects. Develop and maintain delivery reports for incoming and outgoing equipment. Organize reports on deliveries, customer accounts, and payment schedules. Act as the main point of contact for projects and contracts, ensuring clear communication and follow-through. Manage the workflow lifecycle, tracking tasks from initiation to completion. Identify and implement improvements to existing processes and systems to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction. Communicate professionally with customers, both verbally and in writing, with a preference for those with customer-facing experience. Travel up to 25% of the year. Must Have’s: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline and 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience. Experience in contracts or program management is preferred. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing customer deliveries, and collaborating with a team. Previous experience in the Defense industry or similar fields is highly favorable. Salary: $75,000-$90,000 Location: Warrenton, VA Benefits: Competitive Benefits
