Our client is seeking a skilled Emergency Center RN to join a brand-new Level 2 trauma unit, providing high-quality professional nursing care for assigned patients. This role involves patient assessment, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating outcomes. The ideal candidate will deliver top-tier care that aligns with the hospital’s core mission and values. This is an urgent hiring opportunity for all shifts, with 12-hour shifts available. Responsibilities: Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with organizational values, mission, and vision. Maintain current knowledge in areas of responsibility through self-education and attending educational programs. Attend staff meetings and complete mandatory in-services and competency evaluations. Provide care to patients of all ages, demonstrating competency based on patient needs. Follow hospital and departmental attendance and punctuality guidelines. Wear protective clothing and equipment as necessary. Must-Haves: Associate Degree in Nursing from a state-accredited school. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (or must obtain within 1 year of hire). Registered Nurse (RN) with a current Georgia license. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) (must be obtained within 6 months of hire). Basic Life Support (BLS). Advanced Stroke Life Support (ASLS) (must be obtained within 2 years of hire). National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification (must be obtained within 2 years of hire). Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, with basic computer proficiency. Nice to Have's: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a state-accredited school. Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification. Base salary: $37-46/hour Critical care pay: $5/hour Night shift differential: $5/hour Weekend shift differential: $3.50/hour Location: Albany, GA Benefits: Relocation assistance: Up to $10,000 Sign-on bonus: $7,000 or more Competitive benefits package
