Known for products that blend utility and lifestyle, the company is expanding its creative team to strengthen brand storytelling and performance through design. Scope of the Role We’re looking for a Designer who can bring clarity, consistency, and impact to the brand’s visual language. You’ll create graphics and motion assets that highlight product features—such as stretch, durability, and quick-dry—while capturing the lifestyle and rugged appeal of the brand. Your work will span e-commerce, paid media, and social platforms, always aligned with brand standards and performance goals. Key Responsibilities Design graphics for e-commerce, paid ads, and social media Develop motion assets that showcase product features and benefits Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align design with campaign goals Translate product utility into compelling visual narratives Requirements Proven experience in graphic and motion design Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma or similar tools Strong portfolio with work in apparel, outdoor, or lifestyle brands Ability to balance ruggedness and style in visual storytelling Understanding of brand systems and consistency across channels Preferred Qualifications Experience designing for DTC brands or e-commerce platforms Familiarity with performance-driven creative for paid media Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Comfort collaborating across remote teams Interest in outdoor lifestyle and product innovation
