Job Title: E-commerce Media Buyer Job Type: Full-time / Remote Work Hours: CST Time Zone (must be able to work core hours in CST) Job Overview: We’re helping our client, a wellness-focused supplement brand—find an experienced Media Buyer to lead and scale their paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms. In this role, you will take full ownership of campaign strategy and execution, while driving profitability for a DTC eCommerce brand. You'll also collaborate cross-functionally to ensure creative, budget, and targeting strategies align with performance goals. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.) Provide strategic guidance on creatives, audience targeting, and budget allocation Implement advanced testing methodologies (audience segmentation, bidding, and creatives) Mentor team members on media buying best practices Deliver weekly performance reviews with actionable insights and strategic recommendations Stay ahead of emerging ad technologies, platform changes, and market trends Must-Have: 5+ years of experience in paid social media buying (Meta & TikTok required) Proven success scaling DTC e-commerce brands profitably Strong analytical skills: GA4, UTMs, attribution modeling Ability to lead both high-level strategy and hands-on execution Nice-to-Have: Experience in the wellness, supplements, or lifestyle space Experience mentoring or training junior team members
