Responsibilities: Lead creative ideation for ad campaigns, organic content, and brand storytelling. Analyze creative performance and advise on future iterations. Collaborate closely with video editors, designers, and media buyers. Provide leadership and mentorship across the creative function. Research competitors and bring forward fresh, disruptive ideas. Qualifications: 5+ years in creative strategy (DTC/e-commerce strongly preferred). Track record of high-performing ad concepts that scaled profitably. Strong understanding of TikTok, Meta, and performance creative best practices. Experience managing creative teams or freelancers. Data-driven mindset paired with strong storytelling skills.
