Job Title: Supply Chain Planner Type: Full-time; Remote Schedule: US Time zone Industry: Cosmetics Job description: Monthly re-forecast of demand by channel, including manual adjustments for seasonality. Review of open purchase orders and adjust based on new demand needs. Create new purchase orders for future demand. Review channel level requests for inventory. Review sell in and sell out for any wholesale channels. New product set up and create a demand plan point of view, by channel. New vendor set up and negotiations. S&OP planning and deck creation/presentation. Bill of materials (BOM) updates internally and externally. Confidently communicate and present progress, risks, and results to stakeholders. Job Requirements: Netsuite experience (req: demand, supply, vendor/item set up) Demand experience (2+ years) Purchasing experience (2+ years) Expiry experience (1+ years) Manufacturing experience (1+ years) Excel experience (pivot tables, lookups, index match, nested formulas) Cross-functional collaboration Excellent communication Strong analytical and problem solving skills Nice to have: Shopify Wholesale experience
