Description The Warehouse Associate/ backup driver is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, loading, and unloading materials in a safe and efficient manner. This role helps maintain inventory accuracy, ensure timely order fulfillment, and support overall warehouse operations. Approximately 90% of the position is warehouse-based, with occasional local deliveries using a company box truck as needed. Responsibilities Load, unload, move, and store materials using proper handling procedures. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records. Assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory control processes. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Support warehouse operations and collaborate with team members. Assist with customer inquiries, returns, and basic service needs. Perform local deliveries as needed using a company vehicle. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Warehouse, delivery, or logistics experience preferred. Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification preferred. Ability to safely operate a box truck as needed. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work. Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
