This role requires someone who is creative, organized, and results-driven, with a strong understanding of content marketing, audio production, and audience engagement. The Podcast Manager will handle the end-to-end process of podcast creation — from planning and recording to publishing, promotion, and analytics — ensuring our content reaches and resonates with the target audience. Responsibilities: 1. Podcast Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a podcast content strategy aligned with brand goals. Identify topics, guests, and formats that engage and grow the audience. Plan and manage the podcast editorial calendar, ensuring consistency and quality. 2. Production & Operations: Oversee scheduling, recording, editing, and post-production of episodes. Manage relationships with guests, hosts, editors, and other production partners. Ensure high-quality audio and adherence to brand standards. Coordinate all logistics, including recording platforms, equipment, and release schedules. 3. Promotion & Audience Growth: Collaborate with marketing and social teams to promote episodes across social media, email, and other channels. Optimize episodes for discoverability on platforms like Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Google Podcasts. Track and analyze listener metrics to inform content and marketing strategies. Explore opportunities for collaborations, sponsorships, and cross-promotions. 4. Analytics & Reporting Monitor download numbers, listener demographics, and engagement metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve content performance and audience growth. Prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders. 2–5 years of experience in podcast production, content marketing, or digital media. Strong understanding of audio editing tools (Audacity, Adobe Audition, GarageBand, etc.) and podcast hosting platforms. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing guest relations. Familiarity with social media marketing and digital promotion strategies. Creative thinker with an eye for compelling content and storytelling.
