Communicate proactively with internal teams regarding risks, delays, or surpluses. 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management (preferably in CPG, beauty, or retail). Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with inventory planning tools a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
