Job Title: Marketing Project Manager Type: Full-time; Remote Schedule: US Time zone Industry: Women's Fashion Position Overview We’re searching for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Project Manager to support our Creative and Growth Marketing teams. This role will be critical in ensuring marketing initiatives are executed efficiently, on time, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for driving marketing projects from concept to launch while navigating multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Key Responsibilities Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and creative projects across multiple channels Partner closely with Creative, Growth, and cross-functional teams to define timelines, scope, deliverables, and approvals Establish and maintain project workflows using tools like Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack Ensure accountability by tracking progress, managing resources, and proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks Gather requirements, build briefs, and facilitate ongoing communication to keep all stakeholders aligned Maintain marketing calendars and ensure accurate handoffs across teams Continuously improve processes to optimize team efficiency and productivity Monitor performance of project initiatives and provide recap documentation post-launch Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience within fast-paced marketing or creative environments Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset Experience working remotely and collaborating across time zones Proficiency with Slack, Asana (or similar PM tools), and Google Sheets/Workspace Ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously Familiarity working with both Creative and Growth Marketing team structures Who You Are A highly detailed doer who isn’t afraid to speak up or step in to keep projects moving Calm under pressure, adaptable, and motivated by fast-moving environments A team player who values clear communication, collaboration, and follow-through
