Helios (Europe) Technologies GmbH (part of Group ADAPTIT) is a 28-Year-Old designer, manufacturer and seller of Advanced Digital DAS. Our DAS Portfolio has many technical and cost advantages over our competition. Helios Europe HQ is in Dusseldorf while our After-Sales RF and IT Technical support is in Athens. We are also manufacturing our Private 4G/5G vBBU in Athens. This is a full-time, remote role for a 4G/5G DAS Sales Manager based in either Germany or France. The primary responsibilities include driving sales for Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) solutions with a focus on advanced 5G technologies. The Sales Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, establish and maintain relationships with clients, and work closely with technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Additional duties include preparing and delivering presentations, managing contracts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Current relationships with Decision Makers at MNO's and Neutral Host System Integrators is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a closely related discipline is required. Significant prior experience in the sales of wireless technology is essential. In-depth technical understanding of 4G/5G networks and Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) is necessary. Demonstrated proficiency in sales and business development, including the capacity to achieve sales targets and effectively manage client accounts. Experience in customer relationship management with a proven ability to foster and maintain long-term client partnerships. Skillset at creating presentations, contracts, and sales reports. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German and/or French would be an asset.
