Are you a certified 4th Class Power Engineer in British Columbia looking to put your skills to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We are seeking a proactive and safety-focused professional to maintain and repair plant equipment, ensuring smooth operations at our seafood processing facility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate (BC)
• Experience with plant pressure equipment such as boilers, refrigeration, and cooling systems
• Knowledge of general plant maintenance
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required
• Experience in fishing, food processing, or manufacturing is an asset

• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled repairs on plant equipment (ice machines, freezers, cooling systems, dock cranes, cooled production areas)
• Troubleshoot and carry out emergency repairs as needed
• Install and maintain machinery
• Support a safe working environment for all staff
• Be available for occasional overtime and urgent repairs
