Description Our Lady of Lourdes Interparish School (OLLIS) in Columbia is seeking a dedicated, full-time 4th grade teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. OLLIS is a thriving K–8 Catholic school serving approximately 635 students and is committed to academic excellence and the formation of each child in a Christ-centered community. We are seeking an educator who is passionate about elementary education, skilled in building strong student relationships, and committed to helping students grow academically, socially, and spiritually. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong instructional practice across all core content areas, effective classroom management, and a collaborative spirit. Position Focus The 4th grade teacher is responsible for teaching all subjects, planning and delivering instruction aligned to diocesan and school expectations, assessing student learning, communicating effectively with families, and fostering a positive classroom culture rooted in faith, respect, and high expectations.
