Description The Fourth Grade Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing, faith-centered learning environment that supports the spiritual, academic, social, emotional, and physical development of young children. The teacher integrates Catholic values and teachings into daily instruction while delivering a developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with state standards and diocesan guidelines. Valid state teaching certification (Elementary Education, grades 1–6 or equivalent). Commitment to supporting and modeling Catholic values and teachings. Ability to teach core subjects including Religion, English Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies. Strong classroom management and organizational skills appropriate for upper elementary students. Experience using assessment data to guide instruction and support student growth. Effective communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues. Completion of diocesan background check and Safe Environment/child protection training.
