Salary: £29,681 - £38,281 per annum (pro rata)
Contract Type: 18.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
Location: Paignton, Devon
We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Hairdressing Lecturer to join our dynamic and supportive team. This is a leadership position with key responsibilities in teaching, learning, and assessment, as well as course coordination, personal tutoring, and quality assurance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective planning, preparation, and delivery of the Scheme of Learning and Reflection (SOLAR) or Module Guide for Higher Education, along with comprehensive lesson planning. This role may involve teaching across various academic levels and subject areas.
As a lead lecturer, you will oversee all aspects of programme delivery, ensuring high-quality student outcomes across the units, modules, and courses assigned. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining academic standards and fostering a positive learning environment.
