Role Overview We are seeking experienced Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) Application Specialists to support implementation, configuration, integration, optimization, testing, and production support activities across enterprise healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Cerner Millennium applications, healthcare workflows, and Oracle Health solutions, with the ability to work closely with clinical, technical, operational, and business stakeholders. Immediate Joiners Only Responsibilities Support implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) applications. Analyze healthcare workflows and translate business requirements into application solutions. Provide application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across Cerner environments. Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to improve system performance and user experience. Participate in application testing, validation, and deployment activities. Support healthcare interoperability initiatives involving HL7, FHIR, and related standards. Manage incidents, service requests, and problem management activities while meeting SLA commitments. Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Assist in system upgrades, enhancements, migrations, and release management activities. Create and maintain application documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures. Support regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements where applicable. Work closely with global teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
