The Raiders Foundation Department is seeking 50/50 Raffle Leads to join our team on gamedays. 50/50 Raffle Leads and Sellers are an important part of the Raiders Foundation fundraising program. Proceeds raised through the 50/50 Raffle are used to make a positive philanthropic impact on the Nevada community through the Raiders Foundation's giving pillars: active military and veterans, youth development, and health and wellness. 50/50 Raffle Leads are responsible for opening, overseeing, and closing out Raffle Sellers as well as troubleshooting during the selling period. 50/50 Raffle Leads must provide exceptional customer service, while maintaining the core values of the Raiders organization. Essential Job Functions: * Be an enthusiastic representative for the Raiders Foundation 50/50 Raffle program * Effectively communicate and deliver information regarding the Raiders Foundation 50/50 Raffle program * Set up and break down selling areas including moving kiosks and lollipops to designated locations before sellers arrive and ensuring kiosks and lollipops are returned to storage area after each game * Meet Raffle Sellers at start of the selling period to check them in and distribute equipment * Oversee gameday Raffle Sellers stationed in parking lots and throughout the stadium * Provide training and support for Raffle Sellers * Restock raffle supplies at kiosks throughout the stadium * Troubleshoot payment technology and equipment * Assume the role as a Raffle Seller when needed, relieve Raffle Sellers during breaks * Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored between uses * Conduct inventory management and collect equipment at the end of each selling period. Return supplies and equipment to the storage area. * Assist in reconciliation of tickets sold after each raffle * Serve as a positive representative for the Raiders by executing a consistent brand experience at every touchpoint * All other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Mandatory availability to work all Raiders home games * Previous experience with 50/50 Raffle required * Previous leadership experience preferred * Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills * Ability to balance and prioritize multiple or competing tasks while remaining intentional, driven and detail oriented * Ability to work well collaboratively as well as independently * Superior customer service and sales skills * Maintain a professional attitude while handling difficult situations in a fast-paced environment * Present and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor * Familiarity with raffle software such as Bump preferred * Knowledge of NFL and Raiders initiatives and programs is preferred * Ability to work extended hours and flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to): * Frequent walking, standing for long periods of time, sitting and stair climbing * Occasional bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling * Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50lbs The Las Vegas Raiders provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
