Job Title: Affiliate & Storefront Manager (TikTok Shop) Job Type: Full-time / Remote Work Hours: PST Timezone Job Overview: We’re helping our client find an Affiliate & Storefront Manager to oversee and optimize their TikTok Shop presence and affiliate ecosystem. In this role, you will manage the storefront, support affiliate and community programs, and ensure a seamless customer and creator experience while contributing to overall channel growth. Responsibilities: Manage the TikTok Shop storefront, ensuring accurate product information and optimal presentation Build and maintain affiliate outreach programs and community platforms (Discord, Yuka, etc.) Oversee sample approvals and coordinate cross-functionally for product launches Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve storefront and affiliate initiatives Must-Have: 2+ years in e-commerce, affiliate management, or digital retail operations Experience managing TikTok Shop, marketplaces, or DTC storefronts Strong community management and relationship-building skills Comfortable coordinating across cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and quality standards Nice-to-Have: Experience with affiliate platforms or influencer management tools Familiarity with product launch workflows Understanding of TikTok ecosystem and creator trends Paid Time Off Work From Home Training & Development
