JOB DESCRIPTION

• Highly skilled and results-driven Fixed Income Electronic Trading QA/BA with over 7 years of experience in quality assurance, business analysis, and testing for electronic trading platforms in the fixed income market.
• Proven expertise in functional and performance testing, process analysis, requirements gathering, and driving efficiency in software development life cycles.
• Adept at identifying issues, analyzing business requirements, and working collaboratively with development, trading, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

  Job Type: Contract
  Pay: $42.51 - $46.78 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift

Work Location: On the roa

• Lead quality assurance efforts for the Fixed Income Electronic Trading platform, focusing on bonds, derivatives, and other fixed income instruments.
• Collaborated with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements into functional specifications and test cases.
• Conducted extensive manual testing of trading workflows, including order execution, pricing, and risk management functionalities.
• Perform end-to-end testing for integration with external liquidity providers, trading venues, and market data feeds.
• Validated real-time trading, trade life-cycle, trade execution, and settlement processes within the platform.
• Conduct manual testing of Fixed Income applications, focusing on trading platforms for Credit, Rates, ETFs, or Muni Products)
• Work alongside business analysts and product owners to define test cases based on business usage and needs
• Execute functional, regression, and user acceptance tests to ensure the delivery of defect-free software.
• Generate detailed defect reports, tracked issues through JIRA, and communicated findings to the development team for resolution.
