Influencer, Affiliate & Social Media Specialist Job Type: Full-Time Location: 100% Remote Timezone: US(PST) Our client is a prestige cosmetics brand rooted in superfood-infused formulas and a multicultural approach to beauty. Known for high-performance complexion products, the brand blends innovation, inclusivity, and modern storytelling to connect with a highly engaged beauty community. As its digital presence continues to scale, influencers, affiliates, and organic social channels play a critical role in driving authentic discovery, engagement, and revenue. The Role Our client is seeking an Influencer, Affiliate & Social Media Specialist to own creator outreach, relationship management, affiliate program execution, and day-to-day organic social media posting. This role is ideal for someone deeply immersed in the creator economy who understands how influencers, affiliates, and social content work together to drive long-term brand growth. The specialist will be responsible for bringing creators into the brand ecosystem—from initial outreach through activation—while managing the affiliate program and supporting a consistent, on-brand organic social presence across key platforms. Key Responsibilities Influencer & Creator Outreach Identify, research, and recruit beauty creators aligned with the client brand Proactively conduct outreach across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) Effectively pitch the brand and build authentic, long-term relationships with creators. Manage creator onboarding, gifting, contracts, and campaign coordination Affiliate Program Management Own and manage the affiliate program end-to-end Recruit new affiliates and creators into the program Track affiliate performance, commissions, and payouts Optimize affiliate offers, incentives, and activation strategies Social Media Management (Organic) Manage and publish organic content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Schedule and post content consistently, including creator content, UGC, product features, and brand-led posts Write or adapt captions aligned with brand voice and campaign messaging Monitor comments and DMs in partnership with the broader team, escalating as needed Stay on top of social trends, formats, and best practices to inform content strategy Campaign Execution & Reporting Coordinate influencer campaigns and ongoing seeding efforts Track content delivery, usage rights, and posting schedules Monitor performance metrics across influencer, affiliate, and organic social efforts (engagement, traffic, sales, ROAS) Provide regular reporting and insights to inform optimization and future campaigns Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Paid Media, and Creative teams Share high-performing influencer and social content for potential whitelisting or paid amplification Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns through creators, affiliates, and social content Qualifications 2–4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and/or social media management Strong experience with influencer outreach and creator relationship management Hands-on experience managing organic social media for a brand (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) Understanding of affiliate platforms and tracking (Impact, ShareASale, Refersion, etc.) Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through and communication Nice to Have Beauty or cosmetics industry experience Experience managing creator gifting and seeding programs Understanding of performance-driven influencer strategies (UGC, whitelisting, paid social) Familiarity with social scheduling tools and analytics Experience working in a fast-paced DTC environment
