Job Title: Head of Growth Location: (Remote) Employment Type: Full-time Schedule: US Time zone Reports to: Founder/CEO About the Role The Head of Growth will own all growth and marketing efforts across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels. You’ll take over responsibilities currently handled by the founder (acting CMO), design the growth strategy, manage agencies and partners, and build a high-performing in-house team as we scale from ~$15M toward $50M+ in revenue. Responsibilities Own end-to-end growth strategy and execution across paid media, organic, affiliates, and lifecycle. Translate revenue and profitability goals into clear channel plans, budgets, and forecasts. Evaluate, select, and manage agencies and external partners; hold them accountable to performance targets. Build and lead an in-house growth team over time (e.g., media buyers, TikTok/creator roles, CRO, content). Partner with product and merchandising on launches, promotions, and positioning. Oversee performance marketing (paid social, paid search, etc.), including testing roadmap and creative iteration. Collaborate with web/dev and CRO resources to improve onsite conversion and AOV. Define KPIs and build dashboards; analyze data to drive decisions and communicate performance to leadership. Identify and test new growth channels and opportunities (e.g., TikTok Shop, affiliates, wholesale support, etc.). Requirements 5–8+ years of growth/marketing experience in DTC e‑commerce or consumer brands. Proven experience significantly scaling a brand; ideally involved in growing a business to $50M+ in revenue. Strong track record managing agencies and/or distributed teams. Deep understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and funnel optimization. Comfortable working cross‑functionally with product, merchandising, and dev/CRO. Data-driven, highly analytical, and fluent with common marketing and analytics tools. Excellent communication skills; able to operate autonomously in a fast-moving, non‑bureaucratic environment.
