In this role, you will craft high-quality, compelling content tailored for performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid social, search, and display. This position offers a unique opportunity to merge your creative expertise with data-driven strategies to help scale the MeUndies brand. Responsibilities: Develop engaging ad creatives, including video, graphic, and copy assets that drive conversation across different paid social and search channels Create ad concepts that target different stages of the funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion) and audience segments. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Work with influencers and UGC creators to source authentic, on-brand content that resonates with audiences and drives conversions. Analyze the performance of content across channels and make data-informed adjustments to improve effectiveness and ROI. Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences. Test and iterate on content ideas to identify top-performing formats and messaging. Support the development of storytelling strategies that resonate with both B2B and consumer audiences. Skills & Qualifications: 5-7+ years of experience in content creation for performance marketing or digital advertising. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software. Strong understanding of ad platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Demonstrated ability to create high-performing video and static assets for paid media. Analytical mindset with a knack for interpreting campaign performance metrics. Excellent storytelling and creative writing skills with attention to detail.
