Ai Automation Specialist/Engineer Job Type: Full-Time Location: 100% Remote Timezone: US(EST) Client Overview Our client is a U.S.-based legal support services provider specializing in process serving, court filing, skip tracing, and document retrieval. They support law firms, corporations, and legal professionals with efficient, compliant, and technology-driven solutions, ensuring timely and accurate handling of legal documents across multiple jurisdictions. Position Overview Our client is seeking a highly technical AI and automation professional to design, build, and optimize intelligent workflows that enhance lead generation and client acquisition processes. This role will focus on developing scalable systems that can extract, process, and structure data from multiple sources, transform it into actionable insights, and integrate it into internal tools such as CRM platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automation, data extraction, and system integration, with the ability to handle both structured and unstructured data. This role will also contribute to improving outreach and follow-up processes through automation, helping drive efficiency, consistency, and growth across the client acquisition lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI automation workflows to improve lead generation and client acquisition processes Develop systems that can extract, process, and structure data from multiple online sources Build and optimize data pipelines that transform raw data into actionable, CRM-ready insights Implement data deduplication, enrichment, and prioritization logic to improve lead quality Integrate automation workflows with CRM platforms to ensure seamless data flow and pipeline visibility Develop and maintain web scraping systems, including handling rate limiting, session management, and platform-specific logic Implement document parsing solutions, including OCR for scanned files and direct extraction from digital documents Support the automation of outreach and follow-up processes, including sequencing and lead engagement workflows Collaborate closely with the founder to identify high-impact automation opportunities Monitor and optimize systems to ensure performance, accuracy, and scalability Qualifications Proven experience building AI automation workflows end-to-end Strong hands-on experience in web scraping (rate limiting, session handling, portal logic) Experience with PDF parsing, including OCR for scanned documents and text extraction for digital files Experience building or integrating with CRM systems Ability to design and implement data deduplication and enrichment workflows Nice-to-Have Experience in legal tech, court systems, or similar regulated data environments Experience with fuzzy matching, entity resolution, or alias mapping Familiarity with outreach automation and sequencing tools Understanding of cold outreach workflows and CRM pipelines Required Tools AI agent frameworks Web scraping tools OCR tools PDF parsing libraries CRM integrations Outreach and sequencing tools
