Title: 5G (SA/NSA) IoT Testing Engineer
Location: Bedminster, NJ
Duration: Longtetrm Contract

Top Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of 4G/5G NR NSA/SA protocols, LTE/IMS protocols, carrier-defined test plans, and 3GPP GCF test specifications.
• Experience with test equipment such as R&S, Anritsu, Anite, Keysight, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute 4G/5G NR NSA & SA IoT test plans on Ericsson, Samsung, and Nokia RANs.
• Perform first-level failure analysis and troubleshoot test failures.
• Analyze carrier-defined IoT test plans and new 4G/5G NR features.
• Use QCOM, Shannon, and MTK tools to analyze modem logs and identify issues.
• Raise PLMs/QC SRs for identified issues and validate fixes.
• Provide test status reports and updates

Client is specifically looking for a Core Device Testing Engineer, the focus would be:

• Modem Protocol Testing (4G/5G NR NSA/SA, IMS, VoLTE, Call Flows).
• Interoperability Testing (IOT) on carrier networks
• Log Analysis using QXDM, QCAT, Shannon, MTK tools
• Carrier-Specific Test Plans & Certification (GCF/PTCRB, Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.)
• Test Execution on OEM Devices (Samsung, Nokia, Ericsson, etc.)
