Huawei Turkey Research and Development Center (R&D) Wireless department is working on 5G related development and innovation projects. Brief Job Description: Responsible for 4G/5G Radio RF Network Planning & Optimization, QoS and QoE management (Radio Network analyzing and optimization with Counter & KPI analyze, Coverage Planning & Analyzing with predictions) Make Radio Network Insights regarding network problems of coverage, quality, and capacity by Huawei digital platforms using the data delivered by customer. Overseas Project Delivery for solution-based RAN project,(Remote or on-site supports for European or Overseas countries) Designing new ideas for 5G use cases (High-level design including equipment list, network topology, network requirement analysis and market status of the idea) Implementing the designed 5G use case ideas in Huawei Turkey R&D 5G Lab. (Integrating the technologies used in the idea. AR/VR, Haptics, 4K Video Streaming, Drones are the usual technologies used in 5G use cases) Research new technologies. (Alongside 5G use case design and implementation, doing research in 5G and technologies that can be used in 5G use cases) Presenting 5G Solution and use cases in universities, events and conferences. (To promote our successes, attending conferences and presenting the story of 5G Use Cases and scientific researches of the team) Fluency in both written and spoken English BSc in Information & Communication Technologies domain MSc and PhD degree are preferable (in Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent) Knowledge in Mobile Communication Networks (GSM, UMTS, LTE & NR) Knowledge in 5G RAN (Radio Access Network) with its new releases and have extensive knowledge of 5G/LTE products. Understanding of the 4G/5G RAN architecture, signaling procedures and the protocols At least 1 years solution experience in wireless communication networks Strong issue analysis and problem solving skills Interest in technologies such as AR/VR/MR, Drones, Haptics, Hologram, V2X communication, IoT Availability for domestic or international travel when required Good academic writing skills is preferable Being customer oriented and working systematically under tight schedules Requirement clarification for corresponding software developers for the developed 5G use case ideas
