The classroom teacher will play a vital role in fostering a love for learning and guiding students on their journey of faith.Responsibilities: 1. Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment grounded in Christian principles, encouraging students to develop a strong moral character and sense of community.2.
Employ a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students of diverse learning styles and abilities.3. Assess student progress through formal and informal assessments, providing constructive feedback to students and collaborating with parents to support student growth.4. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate faith-based initiatives, service opportunities, and community outreach into the curriculum and school culture.5. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior in accordance with school policies and procedures.6.
Communicate regularly with parents to share academic updates, discuss student well-being, and promote family involvement in the school community.7.
