TITLE: Reclaim Operator B POSITION OBJECTIVE: To produce a consistent quality product utilizing procedures and process related troubleshooting while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. QUALIFICATIONS: Computing knowledge Oral /written communication skills Mechanical aptitude Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: All production related duties / responsibilities of Reclaim Operator - C Strive to achieve departmental production and quality objectives Comply with all Plant Safety and Product Safety requirements Demonstrate safe work habits, ensuring equipment is in safe working condition, reporting unsafe acts / conditions to Senior Reclaim Operator, follows Lock Out / Tag Out as necessary Follow quality procedures; identifying and correcting quality defects without assistance Identify and ensure segregation of products without assistance Operate reclaim equipment (troubleshooting, paperwork, inspection, etc.) without assistance Advance preparation for Extrusion / Slitting production Assist other operators as needed Certified forklift operator Comply with company recycling policy WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION: Inside environmental conditions protected from weather conditions, not necessarily temperature conditions. Outside environmental conditions, no effective protection from weather. Inside and outside environments apply. Subject to extreme cold; temperatures below 32 degrees for periods of more than one hour. Subject to extreme heat; temperatures above 100 degrees for more than one hour. Subject to noise, causing reason to shout in order to be heard above the noise level. Subject to vibration, exposure, fluctuating movement of the body. Subject to hazards such as moving machinery, electrical currents, falling debris, exposure to chemicals, gases, high heat or explosives. Subject to unregulated atmospheric conditions caused by odors, fumes, gases, poor ventilation and dusts. Subject to oils and other cutting fluids via touch or air.
