TITLE: Railcar Worker A POSITION OBJECTIVE: Good communication with coworkers and assist operators in maintaining a safe work environment. QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate or 1-year working experience in related field. Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: According to the daily pumping schedule provided by supervisor, pump resin from railcars to silos accurately and efficiently. Communicate with IP rail crew team for car switching. Make sure the cars received are correct and at the right spot. Check all the compartments are seal properly. Report any issue to supervisor immediately. Taking samples from each compartment and mark required information on the sample. Deliver all the samples to QC for quality check. Keep pump station, rail tracks and surrounding area clean and organized. Following “Operation Clean Sweep” policy keep ground free of resin. WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION: Office environment. Occasionally walking, standing. Ability to work in varying temperatures (cold and hot).
