TITLE: Converting Operator C POSITION OBJECTIVE: Follow established quality guidelines to produce a product that meets criteria. QUALIFICATIONS: Lead or senior operator will train operator on procedure that applies to line. Shadow operator “A”. Quality training with QC personnel. Packer experience preferred. Operator experience. Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist Extrusion operator. Start Up Chill Roll Cleaning Performed Thread Up Screen Changes Adjust Core Alignment. Blade Adjustments. Popping Trim. Housekeeping. Wrap up removal pressure roll. Pack Finish Goods to Correct Procedure. Wrap up removal idle rollers. Packaging material over 5’ Hand tools. Machine knowledge. Boxing, accounting, and weighing of scrap. Train packer C Assist packer A. Must have regular, reliable attendance and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required. Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace. WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION: Inside and outside environments apply. Manufacturing environment.
