TITLE: Winder Operator B POSITION OBJECTIVE: To package products efficiently and safely, maximizing productivity while ensuring high-quality standards. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma/GED is preferred Mechanical aptitude is a plus 1-year production line experience Must be able to work in a fast paced environment Must be able to work rotation shift work Must be able to work as part of a team Must be able to pack two lines and maintain quality Must be able to complete end of shift paperwork Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Complies with all written and verbal safety rules of the plant 5S program - completed housekeeping assignments Package finished good properly for shipment to customer Responsible for quality in assigned area including proper QC procedures Complete production paperwork on assigned lines Must have regular, reliable attendance and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required. Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace. WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION: Inside environmental conditions, protected from weather conditions, not necessarily temperature conditions. Subject to noise, causing reason to shout in order to be hard above the noise level. Subject to vibration, exposure fluctuating movements of the body.
