QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • Be able to demonstrate the academic progress of students under your leadership and articulate the methods used to achieve those results.
  • Possess valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) or equivalent (required).
  • Possess valid Illinois 5-8 Social Science endorsement with 9 credit hours of higher education in General Science or equivalent (required).
  • ESL/Bilingual endorsement preferred.
  • Residency in Chicago not required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (required).
