JOB OVERVIEW

We are recruiting 7.5ton drivers - new pass drivers welcome
The ideal candidates will be responsible for transporting goods from a well known Kitchen & Bathrooms Retail Supplier to customers homes along with a drivers mate, so good customer service skills are essential.
Start time - 0500am
Driving assessment will be required - Will be paid if you pass

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid 7.5ton licence
• Must be 21 years or over
• Valid Digital Tacho Card
• Valid CPC Card
• No more than 6 points - No BA, CD40-90, DD, IN10, or DR/DG please
• Strong understanding of road safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Experience in 7.5ton driving
• Around 6-12 drops per day
• Heavy Lifting will be involved of Flatpack Furniture & White Goods
• Use of handheld scanners
• working part of a 2 man crew
• Transport goods to designated locations across the UK.
• Conduct Vehicle checks to ensure safety and functionality.
• Maintain accurate logs, Photos and documentation as required.
• Communicate effectively with relevant departments
• Adhere to company policies regarding safety, maintenance.
