QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid driver’s license with the appropriate class for operating a 7.5-tonne vehicle
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment, such as a forklift, if required
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Experience:

• Driving: 1 year (required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate a 7.5-tonne truck to transport goods and materials to designated locations
• Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and report any maintenance issues
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and delivery confirmations
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries
