SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our dynamic team at Cargo Express in the UK, Birmingham. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring timely deliveries across our extensive network, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional logistics solutions.

• Operate 7.5 tonne vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to various destinations.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles for safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
• Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Assist with loading and unloading cargo as needed.
• Qualifications
• Valid UK driving license with a category C1 entitlement.
• Proven experience as a commercial driver, preferably with flatbed vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
