As a Logistics Services Representative I in the Canadian Supply Chain & Operations (SCO) team, you will contribute to Starbucks success by meeting the order processing and recovery needs of our customers serviced by supply chain. As a Logistics Services Representative I, you will: • Maintain contact information in our customer service database. Troubleshoot issues within service level agreements and ensure they are resolved. • Monitor and resolve all errors and service failure issues for assigned customers. • Implement and enhance processes. • Keep abreast of company products and history to communicate to customers while gaining knowledge of future promotions, products and processes. • Process retail and business unit orders, including tracking status, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting problems and offering service recovery when needed. • Support supply chain logistics teams with store readiness procedures, product launches and systems testing. Provide training and coaching to field and internal partners. • Work cross-functionally with a variety of internal business units, distribution centers and carriers. • Maintain customer relationships. We’d love to hear from people with: • 3+ years’ experience as a customer service representative in a retail, food service, call or customer contact centre environment. • Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities. • Strong communication skills, both oral and written. • Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and high stress situations. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment. • Demonstrated ability to work as a part of a team. • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite is an asset. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Accuracy and attention to detail. • Demonstrated ability to retain product and technical knowledge. • Demonstrated ability to retain customer specific requirements. • Basic knowledge of good inventory practices. • Ability to work weekends and evenings until 6:30 PM EST Compensation & Benefits The typical hiring range for this position is $21.59 - $29.24 CAD hourly. Your base pay will reflect the market location and may vary based on your experience, skills, and internal equity.
