Job Title: Account Transfer Administrator – Investment Firm

JOB SUMMARY

Our client, a downtown investment firm, is seeking multiple Account Transfers Administrators to join their growing Operations department. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-performing team. The Account Transfers Administrator will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of both incoming and outgoing asset transfers using ATON and NON ATON.

• Process both incoming and outgoing asset transfers
• Review transfer documents and ensure completeness and accuracy
• Initiate and monitor asset transfers through ATON and manual processes
• Liaise with financial institutions to track transfer statuses
• Provide regular updates to clients on transfer progress
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations
