About the Role Our hosts set the tone the moment guests walk in! We’re looking for someone who is organized, friendly, and naturally upbeat — someone who likes staying busy, communicates well, and enjoys being part of a genuinely fun, supportive team! This role is ideal for someone who prefers hosting and isn’t looking to cross-train into serving. (Not a deal breaker, but we have the most hours for a host right now) Responsibilities Guest Experience Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional approach. Manage reservations, wait lists, and seating flow. Communicate accurate wait times. Keep the entryway and host stand clean and organized. Team Support Package and hand off to-go and DoorDash orders. Run food when needed. Bus and reset tables quickly and consistently. Refill water and help with basic guest needs. Pitch in where needed to keep service moving smoothly. Operations Monitor the dining room and rotate seating fairly. Communicate guest notes and timing updates to servers and managers. Stay productive during slower periods by cleaning, stocking, or organizing. What We’re Looking For Friendly, approachable communication. Strong organization and attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to keep momentum without constant direction. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Prefers the hosting position long-term. Reliable, punctual, steady under pressure. Professional appearance and presentation at all times. Likes being part of a team that works hard and has fun doing it. Compensation Hourly wage + tip share from servers. Schedule Nights and weekends required. Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
