Hours per week: 45 hours The ideal candidate must have full confidence in the running of the operation and can ensure the delivery of exceptional service to guests. They will also have a sharp understanding of business finance in order to maximize sales and exceed targets. The GM will work closely with the Senior General Manager to maximize service delivery opportunities and in turn, ensure the continued success of the restaurant. As well as operational control, The GM will be responsible for leading & motivating a team. Responsibilities
