The Role
Reporting into the Lead Technician, this role will be part of a small team of Technicians that will be responsible for providing electrical and general fabric maintenance to the shops within the Pret estate. The Technician is responsible for conducting all maintenance jobs required by the shops within agreed timelines and to agreed budgets being aware of causing minimal disruption to the operation of the shops whether this be by carrying out the jobs themselves or by instructing a third party.
The role will cover all Pret shops within the estate so nationwide travel will be necessary.
What are we looking for?

• Confidently finding the reason why equipment is not working and completing necessary repairs as quickly as possible
• Servicing electrical equipment including, but not limited to;RethermalizersToastie MachinesTill CountersMarinatorsOvensHot LangarsInstalling and maintaining lighting and small equipmentReplacing plugs and socketsReplacing of lamps, including oven lampsDealing with other electrical jobs as requested by the shopsMinor fabric repairs where necessary
• Maintaining relationships with third parties and instruction them where necessary to complete non-electrical or more complex jobs
