Responsibilities Plan, deliver, and assess effective instruction aligned to Tennessee state standards Design engaging lessons with clear objectives and measurable outcomes Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners Collaborate regularly with colleagues and support staff Build strong, respectful relationships with students and families Create a well-managed, structured classroom environment Participate in ongoing professional development and reflection Link to full Job Descriptions What We’re Looking For: Positive, student-focused educators with strong content and classroom management skills Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities Committed to high expectations and academic achievement for all students Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous growth Experience in Title I or high-need school settings is a plus Passion for supporting the whole child academically and socially Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Valid Tennessee teaching license in 6-8 Social Studies or 6-12 Social Studies, OR current enrollment in an accredited teacher preparation program Compensation & Additional Info: Salary Scale based on education and experience – starting at $50,000.00 Eligible positions may qualify for additional pay under the Differentiated Compensation Plan Benefits Licensure Subject to change.
