Description Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing and distribution roles across all Spectra locations. This role manages sourcing, applicant tracking, scheduling, metrics reporting, and exit interview coordination. Key Responsibilities: Full Cycle Recruiting (Hourly Roles): Source, prescreen resumes and conduct preliminary phone screens for leaders, make offers. Execute high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution roles from requisition approval through offer acceptance. Maintain steady hiring pipelines to meet production and operational staffing demands. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, shift needs, and start-date priorities. Ensure all recruiting and selection activities are compliant with employment laws and company policies. Meet defined time-to-fill and quality-of-hire expectations Recruiting Metrics & Reporting: Track fill times, hiring funnels, and weekly recruiting dashboards. Accurately track and report recruiting activity, including open requisitions, hires, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness. Provide weekly and monthly recruiting updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR leadership. Ensure recruiting data is entered timely and accurately in the ATS. Support workforce planning discussions by providing reliable staffing metrics. Data Analysis: Identify hiring trends, turnover patterns, and recommendations for improvement. Analyze recruiting and turnover data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Monitor high-turnover roles and locations and flag risks to HR leadership. Use data insights to recommend adjustments to sourcing strategies, screening processes, or hiring practices. Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes through data-driven recommendations. Exit Interviews: Conduct interviews, record data, identify actionable themes. Conduct exit interviews for hourly employees in a timely and consistent manner. Capture, document, and categorize feedback to identify root causes of turnover. Provide summarized exit interview trends to HR leadership on a regular basis. Partner with HR and Operations to support retention strategies informed by exit interview data. Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication and positive engagement. Deliver a positive, timely, and respectful candidate experience throughout the recruiting process. Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates regarding application status, interviews, and next steps. Coordinate interview scheduling efficiently to minimize delays. Ensure offer and pre-employment steps are completed accurately and promptly. ATS Management: Maintain postings, candidate records, and compliance documentation. · Maintain accurate and compliant candidate and requisition records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). · Ensure job postings are current, properly categorized, and aligned with approved job descriptions. · Close requisitions timely and maintain clean system records. · Support audits and reporting by ensuring ATS data integrity.
