We need an English-fluent Senior Strategic Marketer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills. Are you the one we are looking for? Responsibilities: Translate targets into a channel plan (digital ads, podcast-for-content, events/roundtables, tradeshows, trainings, LinkedIn/email). Work on copy and messaging for the website. Define success metrics, run weekly operating rhythms, and report progress clearly. Craft ICP messaging for sales leaders & HR/L&D; test channel mix and reallocate based on data. Operate the stack without bloat: Pipedrive, Instantly, LinkedIn workflows, Clay/Apollo, intent data, Google Analytics. Partner with a RevOps and agency to ensure funnel hygiene and instrumentation. Consultative approach for evaluating the current marketing plan. Requirements: MUST 5–8+ years in B2B SaaS growth/marketing; zero-to-one experience; ideally sales tech/enablement. Demonstrated strategy and execution; portfolio of campaigns and measurable outcomes. Experience working with: Pipedrive, Instantly, LinkedIn workflows, Clay/Apollo, intent data, Google Analytics.; strong analytical chops. Excellent English; low-ego, owner mentality. Background working with fast-paced start-up environment. Event planning (sponsors/speakers) and product-led growth experienc (is a plus). Compensation: The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $3,000 - $3,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
