Intetics is seeking a Strategic Research Assistant, a professional who combines analytical thinking, organizational discipline, and curiosity for technology and business growth. This is a hybrid role that blends strategic research and idea generation. We’re looking for a structured, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious individual who can turn information into insight and ideas into actionable plans. Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research on business, technology, and partnership topics, using AI tools and online databases. Identify new ideas for business growth and lead generation, based on market trends, competitors, and innovation analysis. Prepare concise reports, briefs, and recommendations to support decision-making. Track industry developments and summarize key findings relevant to Intetics’ strategic goals. Assist with content preparation for meetings, presentations, and external communications (data, outlines, background info). Perform selected administrative and coordination tasks - scheduling, vendor communication, documentation, and follow-up tracking. Use Gen AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Notion AI, etc.) for research automation, content generation, and productivity. Attend online conferences/webinars and deliver structured summaries. Exceptional English (C1+), both written and spoken. 3+ years of experience in research, lead, or business analysis. Strong analytical skills – ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights. Experience or interest in lead generation or business development research. High proficiency with AI tools, MS Office, and modern collaboration systems. Discretion, reliability, and strong interpersonal communication.
