988 – INVENTORY ASSOCIATE Position Type: Full-Time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)  Shift Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Friday 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Work Location: On-Site (Warehouse/Production Facility) Reports To: Inventory Lead  Work Schedule: This position is expected to work during normal business operations and as needed to fulfill the responsibilities of the role. Additional time may be required based on operational demands, deadlines, or business needs. JOB SUMMARY The Inventory Associate supports ADAboy’s production operations by assisting with receiving, stocking, organizing, staging, and distributing inventory and materials throughout the facility. This role helps maintain efficient production flow by unloading shipments, preparing kits for assembly lines, staging materials, and supporting inventory accuracy within the ERP system.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and in accordance with company policies and training requirements  • Unload incoming shipments, inventory, and materials safely and efficiently • Verify received materials against packing slips and purchase orders • Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse and production locations • Assist with inventory tracking and ERP system updates as directed • Pull, stage, and distribute materials to support production schedules • Prepare kits and grouped materials for assembly lines to improve workflow efficiency • Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled inventory areas • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed • Communicate inventory shortages, damaged materials, or discrepancies to the Inventory Lead • Coordinate with production personnel to support material availability and workflow • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or carts as needed • Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements • Perform other duties as assigned to support production and warehouse operations  QUALIFICATIONS • Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or production support experience preferred • Forklift operation experience required; certification preferred or ability to become certified  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn ERP/inventory systems • Ability to work in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members • Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. • Comfortable working in warehouse and production environments • Ability to safely handle inventory, tools, and materials • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions  SAFETY & WORK STANDARDS ·         Follow all shop and warehouse safety policies and procedures. ·         Report unsafe conditions immediately. ·         Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
