Description of the role:
We are seeking a dedicated 9th Grade Math Tutor to join our team at Tutor Doctor in Murrieta/Menifee. This role involves providing personalized math tutoring to a 9th-grade student who is not at grade level.

Responsibilities:

• Develop customized lesson plans based on students’ individual needs
• Assist students in understanding mathematical concepts
• Help students improve their problem-solving skills
• Track and report on students’ progress
• Communicate effectively with students and their parents/guardians

Requirements:

• Previous tutoring or teaching experience
• Strong proficiency in the 9th-grade Common Core math curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient and empathetic towards students
• Reliable transportation to travel to students’ homes

Benefits:
This position offers a competitive compensation of $24.00 per hour paid bi-weekly.
