Job Description 1. 负责领导和管理研发团队，制定和执行研发计划，针对伺服驱动器和磁驱相关组件产品的核心技术难点攻关，确保项目按时交付并达到预期目标。 2. 负责制定和执行伺服和控制系统的技术架构和设计方案，主导完成伺服驱动硬件平台的设计、并支持产品落地；确保系统稳定、高效、可靠。 3. 指导团队完成产品元器件选型、评估，根据制定的硬件和产品测试验证计划完成硬件电路的测试验证，产品的EMC整改与测试、安规整改和测试，同时对产品的生产验证及量产提供必要的支持 4. 熟悉主流芯片平台：TI C2000系列DSP、STM32、ARM、FPGA（电流环算法开发经验优先），掌握工业总线协议：EtherCAT/CANopen/CIA 402协议开发经验，熟练使用MATLAB/Simulink 进行电机建模、控制仿真及自动代码生成； 5. 负责招聘、培训和管理研发团队成员，激励团队成员持续学习和提升技术能力，负责研发团队的绩效评估和考核 6. 负责与供应商和合作伙伴沟通合作，确保项目进展顺利； 7. 负责研究和探索新技术，推动团队不断创新和进步； Qualifications 1. 硕士及以上学历，电力电子/电气工程/工业自动化或相关专业； 2. 8年以上研发工作经验 3. 精通伺服驱动器，具有伺服驱动器成功开发经验，在汇川技术、禾川科技、雷赛智能、英威腾、埃斯顿、台达等伺服驱动器知名公司工作3年以上，主导或深度参与过其量产产品者优先；具备团队合作意识，良好的沟通能力与协调能力； 4. 主导过硬件开发，具备丰富的电路分析、设计及调试经验； 5. 模拟、数字电路基础扎实，熟悉关键元器件选型计算,熟悉常用AC/DC,DC/DC,DC/AC拓扑原理；有FPGA经验者加分 6. 熟练运用电力电子仿真软件及硬件设计软件，如Matlab、Mathcad、Plecs、Pspice、Cadence/Altium等。
