Job Description 负责智能驾驶域控制器/核心控制器底层软件各阶段测试计划编制，制定针对性测试策略、测试方案，明确测试边界与准入准出标准；主导控制器底层软件测试全流程推进，实时跟进测试进度，闭环跟踪测试缺陷、推动问题根因分析与整改，及时上报项目测试风险；牵头组织测试问题评审会议，落实会议决议，保障测试问题高效闭环；完成各阶段测试复盘，输出专业测试总结报告，向上同步测试进度、质量及风险情况；负责智能驾驶控制器底层软件测试流程搭建、规范制定与持续优化，提升测试效率与质量；配合开发团队完成底层软件集成测试、验证测试，保障控制器底层软件功能、性能及稳定性符合项目要求。 Qualifications 本科及以上学历，汽车电子、软件工程、机电一体化、自动化等相关专业； 3年及以上汽车智能驾驶控制器/ECU底层软件测试相关工作经验；精通测试理论、标准流程及测试用例设计方法，熟练掌握底层软件测试技术与实操流程；具备智能驾驶控制器底层软件测试环境搭建、调试及维护能力，熟悉控制器硬件在环测试台架使用；深入掌握CAN/CANFD、LIN、FlexRay、车载Ethernet等车载通信协议，熟悉AutoSAR CP/AP底层软件架构者优先；熟练使用Python、CAPL等编程语言，可独立编写自动化测试脚本、开发测试工具，提升测试自动化率；熟悉智能驾驶控制器底层软件模块（通信、诊断等）测试逻辑，具备较强的问题分析与风险把控能力；熟悉功能安全、网络安全优先。 Legal Entity: Bosch Innovation and Software Development (Wuxi) Co., Ltd
