Job Description Job Summary: 与国外商务采购团队及本地的项目采购团队合作，开发和管理本土供应商，以达到降成本，保供货，持续提高质量表现的目标； Cooperating with Global commerical team and local PUE team, developing and managing local suppliers, to reduce cost, guarantee delivery, and improve quality performance. Job Description: Works with global commodity purchasing team to implement sourcing activities in the China market 同全球采购团队合作开发中国地区供应商 - Identify new suppliers and first "screening" 寻找鉴别新供应商 - Develop and support supplier 供应商发展支持 - Ensure quality measures, testing and audits 保证质量测评及审核顺利进行 Manage material field/suppliers 负责管理采购特定物料组，供应商。 - Take responsibility for cost reduction target achievement and contract negotiation. 负责完成物料组成本降低目标，合同谈判。 -Work with purchasing team to solve daily issues (Delivery, Quality, etc) in supply process. 同采购团队合作解决供应过程中的日常事务（如交货，质量等等) Qualifications • Bachelor degree major in mechanical or material relaated is prefered. 机械、材料学等相关专业优先 • More than 3 years experience in mechanical industry, prefered with machining, heat-treatmnet, plating, PCBA, or supply chain management experience 机械行业三以上工作经验, 有机械加工，热处理，表面处理，PCBA，供应链管理相关经验者优先考虑 • Good communication skill & interpersonal skill 良好的沟通协同技巧 • Mechanical technical background, familiar with I4.0 机械技术背景,熟悉工业4.0 • Proficiency in English 英语流利 • Good data analysis capability with excel and summary compentence with PPT is prefered 有较强的excel数据分析能力，PPT汇总能力优先； • Open minded, esp. when facing problems of intercultural work and matrix structure multiple interests 开明通达，善于在跨文化背景及矩阵型组织结构中的平行沟通和垂直整合 • Good team player and networker 良好的团队协作 • Ability to work under pressure 有能力承受工作压力 • Willingness to frequent travel 能出差 Legal Entity: Bosch Rexroth (Beijing) Hydraulic Co., Ltd.
