Description

Job Description 1. Responsible for Technology monitoring (procurement market and competition). 2. New Parts or New supplier launch management 3. New Supplier development and Management 4. Leading technical review meeting and price negotiation for new product development with supplier to meet target cost 5. Project management and track the project till 1 year after SOP 6. RPP and MPP project ，ECR handling 7. SAP Data setting and maintenance 8. RFQ,Validation and comparison for new parts based on panel+biders list 9. Identify material/parts/techniques with localization possibility 10. Coordination of SE work with suppliers, implementation of concept competitions 11. Supplier scouting and selection with PUQ, process acceptance supplier 12. Initiator pre-sourcing meeting for supplier pre-selection Inquiries new part 13. Determine Q requirements (regarding tolerance, process capability, machine capacity, process layout, test planning, measuring capability etc) in technical talks with suppliers 14. Identify material/parts/techniques with related department and project-related change management 15. localization projects, management external procurement part projects 16. Procurement of prototypes, initial samples, and first serial delivery Qualifications 1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Minim 3 years of purchasing experience and 1 years of project management in mechanical or electronic industry. 3. Familiar with ISO9001/TS16949/QS9000 quality management system and tools. 4. Rich Experience on supplier development. 5. Good communication skill & interpersonal skill 6. Good experience at project management 7. Familiar with mechanical, electrical components manufacturing process and quality management sense 8. Very good soft skills (Authentic, teamwork, sociable, organization ability, self-reliant, self-dependent, team work player. 9. Responsibilities

The role involves managing new supplier development, leading technical reviews, and negotiating prices for new product development. Additionally, the incumbent will oversee project management from the procurement phase through to one year after the start of production.
